Arts Go Digital Platform Scheme

With donation from The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council has launched a special grant scheme that supports artists and arts groups to develop digital or virtual programmes. The Scheme aims to inspire art practitioners to create innovative online arts contents in response to life under the epidemic, promote social inclusion and interaction with audiences in order to broaden public understanding and participation in the arts, and to bring arts closer to daily life.

The Scheme supports a total of 68 projects covering Dance, Drama, Music, Xiqu, Film and Media Arts, Literary Arts, Visual Arts and Multidisciplinary Arts, with various online and offline activities and programmes blended with digital productions. All productions are expected to be completed on or before June 2021. A digital platform is set up to promote the grant projects, bringing arts closer to the everyday life of the general public and specific social groups.
