Arts Service Centre is set up at the HKADC Administration Office to provide venues for eligible arts groups to hold events such as meetings, seminars, workshops and talks1. Other meeting facilities are also available for rent.

There are four meeting rooms available for rent with area ranged from 23 sq. m. to 100 sq. m. (see table below).

Besides basic facilities for meetings, they are equipped with an audio recording system, multi-media projectors, and microphones for holding meetings, training sessions and workshops.
9:00am to 9:30pm from Monday to Saturday (subject to availability).
Conference/meeting rooms and facilities may be booked without charges on the condition that the events are organised for participants free of charge. Fee will be levied on the hiring group if the events are fee-charging.
HKADC only accepts applications of free, non-commercial, non-profit making and art-related events with pre-registered information of participants; priority will be given to activities for the purpose of promoting arts. HKADC reserves the right of final decision. Interested parties can complete the application form and return it to HKADC Administration Office by fax to 2824 0585 or by post to 10/F, 1063 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, HK.
