The candidate(s) will also take part in intensive leadership training and professional development through approximately 8-week secondment in a cultural institution, mentoring, coaching, tuition and research and is expected to dedicate approximately 4 months to the programme in the UK between April and July 2017.

The total value of the Scholarship is £22,500 per award of which a bursary of up to £14,000 will be made available to each Scholar to cover the cost of tuition and conference fees, accommodation, subsistence, and airfares. The CLP will also cover the cost of accommodation, tuition and meals at the two fortnight long residential courses and access to a mentor who will be a senior figure in the UK cultural field.
