Arts-in-School Partnership Scheme – Seventh Round
Call for Application (Arts Organisation/Artist Co-partnership)
Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) hereby launches the Seventh Round of the Arts-in-School Partnership Scheme. The Scheme is now open for applications from local small and medium-sized arts organisations or co-partnership of two to four individual artists.
The Scheme aims to foster collaboration between local arts organisations/artists and schools, promote better use of school premises by facilitating the schools to open their facilities to arts organisations/artists for artistic creation and various arts activities, and bring arts into the school campus.
Upon collection and assessment of the proposals from arts units, an invitation will be sent to all local primary, secondary and special schools. HKADC will match the arts units with the schools according to their respective applications, including the proposed usage, location preference and the schools’ requests etc. Each arts unit can apply for partnering with a maximum of two schools. Successful applicants will receive subsidies covering hiring charges and arts activities based on the actual costs of all expenditure items, and will start their one-year partnerships with the matched schools in December 2025.
Eligibility of application:

Organisation applicant Small and medium-sized arts groups/organisations that are registered and operating in Hong Kong, including grantees of HKADC Year Grant, Eminent Arts Group Scheme and Literary Arts Platform Scheme, arts organisations with sponsorship/successful application from LCSD Venue Partnership Scheme or CSTB Arts Capacity Development Funding Scheme, arts organisations with existing school partners or experience in implementing arts activities in schools, as well as arts organisations with the ability and experience of organising high-quality arts activities. Applications by organisations which are in the process of being registered, sole proprietorship, partnership or joint submission by more than one organisation are not accepted. |

Individual co-partnership applicant HKADC accepts co-partnership application submitted by two to four individual artists with an appointed producer/curator/administrator. Each individual applicant should be Hong Kong resident aged 18 or above, currently practising in arts and with relevant experience in arts education. |
How to apply:
Interested applicants are advised to refer to the guidelines and application form available on this page. Applicant must submit the completed application (including the duly signed and completed application form together with all supporting documents) through one of the following channels by 6:00pm on 28 March 2025 (Friday):

Please mark “Arts-in-School Partnership Scheme – Seventh Round” on the envelope or email subject. Applications submitted by post must be postmarked on or before the application deadline. Email submission is accepted if the electronic date and time printed is no later than the deadline. Submission by courier is also accepted if the pickup date shown on the bill issued by the courier service provider is on or before the deadline. Please submit the applications via one of the above channels and do not submit in duplicate. Late submission or submission via fax and digital means other than the aforesaid email address will not be processed. Please note the HKADC will not process the application and its related documents with insufficient postage and pay for the relevant postage.
