Application for Leasing of
Commercial Units at Tai Po Arts Centre

Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) hereby invites interested operators to submit leasing proposal for the commercial units at Tai Po Arts Centre (TPAC).

TPAC is a performing arts centre providing 21 arts studios for resident artists/arts groups, short-term hiring facilities for public hiring (including Black Box, White Box, Dance Studio and two Music Rooms) and commercial units that provide products and services to visitors.

Situated at No. 12 On Pong Road - TPAC is right in the heart of Tai Po served with comprehensive transportation network and surrounded by Tai Po Mega Mall and Tai Po Civic Centre. Currently, TPAC has 5 commercial units at G/F and 1/F for lease, with gross floor area ranging from approximately 450 to 3,200 square feet.

Operators interested in submitting lease application for the commercial units at TPAC can now obtain the “Request for Proposal for Commercial Units Operation in Tai Po Arts Centre” from the Centre Management Office of TPAC (Unit 203B, 2/F, Tai Po Arts Centre, 12 On Pong Road, Tai Po) or from the HKADC Administration Office (5/F, Landmark South, 39 Yip Kan Street, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong) during office hours. Completed proposal together with all required documents must be deposited into the collection box located at HKADC Administration Office by 6pm on 24 January 2025 (Friday). Only the postmark date (if submitted by mail) or the date of receipt as shown on the courier’s order (if submitted by courier) will be regarded as the date of receipt of application.
