ADC Artspace (Landmark South, Wong Chuk Hang)
Arts Studios Open for Lease Application

The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) launches the 2nd term tenancy application of ADC Artspace (Landmark South, Wong Chuk Hang) and hereby invites qualified local visual and/or media artists/ groups to submit tenancy application for arts studios.

ADC Artspace (Landmark South, Wong Chuk Hang) is located in the Grade A commercial building, Landmark South erected on the land at the former Aberdeen Fire Station site. The arts space and ancillary facilities of the new art venue include a multi-purpose exhibition gallery, an arts information centre, visual/media arts studios and a permanent office for the HKADC.

The lease application offers 27 arts studios with a fixed term of two-year tenancy period tentatively from early August 2025. The monthly rent and management fees per square foot are HK$11 and HK$2 respectively. Please refer to the Application Guidelines below for more details.

Interested applicant can now obtain the application form from HKADC’s Office (5/F, Landmark South, 39 Yip Kan Street, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong) during office hours, or downloaded from this webpage.

Completed application form together with the required documents should be delivered to HKADC on or before 6pm on 23 December 2024 (Monday) by means of one of the following methods:

(1) by post to the office of HKADC located at 5/F, Landmark South, 39 Yip Kan Street, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong; or

(2) by hand delivery and deposit into the collection box located at the HKADC Office (at the above-mentioned address); or

(3) by email to [email protected]

Applications submitted by post will only be accepted if postmarked no later than the above-mentioned deadline. Submission by courier will also be accepted if the pickup date shown on the bill issued by the courier service provider is on or before the above-mentioned deadline. Late applications or applications submitted by means other than the above-mentioned methods will not be processed.

A briefing session cum site visit (to be conducted in Cantonese) on the application details will be arranged for interested applicants.  Registration details as follows:
