Report on 2011/12 Arts Practitioners in Drama Sector

Integrating the information from the “Hong Kong Annual Arts Survey Report 2011/12” and “Hong Kong Drama Yearbook”, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council has written a report on arts practitioners in drama sector, aiming to find out the numbers of local arts practitioners involved in 2011/12 and their activity levels. The report has included an average number of arts practitioners needed for one production, total number of drama practitioners engaged in the drama sector throughout the year and the box office income generated. It is expected that the data can bring positive aspects for the development of the arts scene.
