Code on Access to Information
- The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) has designated an Access to Information Officer who is responsible for ensuring that requests for access to information under the HKADC’s Code on Access to Information (Code) are properly dealt with in accordance with specific procedures.
- Information about the HKADC, Grants/Commissioned projects, News and Other Publications is available on the HKADC website (www.hkadc.org.hk). Please refer to the list of information published or made available to the public routinely for more details.
- Requests for information or records held by the HKADC but not published or made available routinely may be made by letter or application form. The application form is obtainable in our office at 10/F, 1063 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong or download from here. The application can be sent by fax (fax no: 29703809) or by post to:

- The HKADC may refuse to disclose information, or may refuse to confirm or deny the existence of information, in the categories and for the reasons set out in Part 2 of the Code.
- Other than publications/information available free of charge, the following photocopying charge will be levied:

HK$2.00 per page on A3 size
