In view of the gradually subsiding situation of the epidemic, the reception counter service of HKADC will resume normal starting from next Tuesday (3 May) onwards as detailed below:

Please note that the submission deadlines of the following applications remain unchanged. In view of the latest development of the epidemic and to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in the community, applicants are highly recommended to submit their application by email. Submission in person to the HKADC Administration Office is not recommended.

Email submissions or applications by post are accepted if the electronic date and time printed or the postmarked date is no later than the closing date. Late submission or submission via fax and digital means other than email will not be processed.
In view of the latest COVID-19 pandemic situation, the result notification date of the Project Grant applications submitted by 31 December 2021 will be postponed to the end of June 2022.
