Venice Architecture Biennale is the most spectacular and influential architecture exhibition in the world. To ride on the first and successful debut presentation in Venice Biennale 2006 and subsequent participation in 2008, HKIA is collaborating with HKADC in the continued participation in the Venice Biennale 12th International Architectural Exhibition 2010 in Venice.

艺发局与英国Clore领袖培训计划（Clore Leadership Programme）合作推行「Clore领袖培训计划－香港奖学金」，旨在培育具领导才能的创意人才，于2010年9月至2011年7月期间前往英国修读由Clore领袖培训计划举办，为期约6个月的全日制培训课程及进行实习。本奖学金现正公开邀请本地艺术界人士申请。

由艺发局举办的「鲜浪潮2010 – 本地竞赛部份」正式展开！艺发局已于2010年1月8日假香港文化中心举行记者招待会，公布比赛详情及安排入围参赛单位会见新闻界。「鲜浪潮2010」分两部份 - 本地竞赛部份及国际短片展。本地竞赛部份(前称「第五届鲜浪潮短片竞赛」)自2005年开始举办，至今已经踏入第五年，致力鼓励及发掘具潜质及有志于电影艺术发展的年青新一代，为他们提供创作及展示作品的平台。
