The Hong Kong Arts Development Council in collaboration with the Working Group on Greening & Beautification Works in Central & Western District organises a cultural promotional activity "Bringing Art to the Community" from 18 to 24 February at the Westwood. Exhibition panels introducing the Artwork on Loan Scheme were staged at the shopping centre to arouse public interests. Under the scheme, individuals, schools and non-profit making organisations are welcome to borrow reproduction of artworks for appreciation.

The opening ceremony was launched on 18 February with the presence of Mr Dominic Chan, Chairman of the Working Group and Ms Wendy Lam, Director of Arts Promotion and Corporate Affairs of the ADC as well as other community leaders. Also joining the ceremony were local artists Ms Liu Tung-Mui, Kwok Mang-ho, Mr Kum Chi-keung and Mr Ko Nam.
