| Alan Jefferies was born in Brisbane, Australia and grew up in the seaside town of Cleveland. His first poems were published in 1976. Since then, his work has appeared in literary magazines and newspapers in Australia and overseas. He has published four books of poetry and is a frequent performer of his own work. In 1998, he moved to Hong Kong where he now lives and works. |
