Project Grant is open to all arts practitioners and organisations. Its support covers a wide range of activities including performances, exhibitions, publications, education programmes, creation, critical reviews and archival work. Application for Project Grant can be made twice a year, and application deadlines are June 30 and December 31, respectively.

The Project Grant subsidy scheme also offers the "Grant for Emerging Artists" to provide support to young and emerging arts practitioners. For details, please refer to the Project Grant Assessment Guidelines of various artforms.
