Audit Committee

It oversees the internal audit function and considers the appointment, reappointment and removal of the external auditor, the scope of service and the audit fee. It reviews findings set out in both the internal audit reports and external auditor’s Management letters and management’s responses to them, and monitors the implementation of agreed actions. It also reviews accounting policies, corporate governance practices, financial controls and internal controls with a view to complying with recognised standards and to achieve continuous improvement.
