|•||Perform full spectrum of human resources and administration duties including recruitment, training, employee compensation & benefits etc.|
|•||Maintain and update staff records, personnel filing and database administration|
|•||Maintain and support office security system and attendance reports|
|•||Coordinate and assist procurement and tendering service|
|•||Coordinate general office administration work and support counter service|
|•||Other ad hoc projects as required|
|•||University graduate or equivalent|
|•||Minimum 3 years related working experience in HR and administration|
|•||Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing|
|•||Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese|
|•||Well versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislations|
|•||Some experience in handling HR Information system is preferable|
|•||Experience in NGOs will be an advantage|
