The Hong Kong Arts Development Council implements various training and scholarships programmes (“programmes”) for local arts managers and curators to enhance their professional skill and broaden their professional horizons. The Research and Development Department is looking for a Training and Scholarships Officer to coordinate and implement the programmes.
Major duties include preparing various programmes documents and meeting papers, liaising with overseas institutes and programme awardees, and assisting in planning and monitoring the programme progress and budget.
|•||University graduate or equivalent with minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in running internship / scholarships programmes|
|•||Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese|
|•||Strong problem solving and analytical skill|
|•||Multi-tasking, independent, detailed-oriented and well-organised|
|•||Proficiency in PC operations (MS based applications and Chinese Word Processing)|
|•||Knowledge and good understanding of Hong Kong arts sector would be an advantage|
