Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) hereby invites eligible arts organisations or groups with relevant experience to apply as required by this invitation and submit proposals for the “Professional Arts Administration Training Programme”. HKADC aims to provide training opportunities for Hong Kong arts administrators through funding support for implementing different training programmes by arts sector. Through the training programmes, arts practitioners may enhance their knowledge and skills in arts administration and management, establish their network and enhance their professional development. There is no restriction on the format. The training programme is primarily intended for Hong Kong arts administrators, independent producers/curators and freelance practitioners especially junior and/or intermediate-level arts administrators.
Interested arts organisations or groups are advised to refer to the specific guidelines and form of application. Both documents can now be obtained from the HKADC Administration Office (10/F, 1063 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong) or downloaded from this page. Applications must be submitted and deposited in the collection box at the HKADC Administration Office by 6:00pm on 13 December 2019 (Friday) the latest. Please mark “Professional Arts Administration Training Programme” on the envelope. Applications submitted by post must be postmarked on or before the deadline. Late submission or submission by fax or email will not be processed. Please note the HKADC will not process the application and its related documents with insufficient postage and pay for the relevant postage. Submission by courier is also accepted if the pickup date shown on the bill issued by the courier service provider is on or before the deadline.
