The Arts Ambassadors-in-School Scheme is a flagship programme organised by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council. The nominated Arts Ambassadors have chances to participate in a wide range of arts activities to widen their horizon. To know more about the Scheme, please visit www.aaiss.hk.
We are looking for a good team player to assist in planning and implementation of the Arts Ambassadors-in-School Scheme. Duties include project co-ordination and logistics, preparation of publicity materials and correspondences, liaison with stakeholders, production of e-flyer/e-news and general administrative work.
|•||University graduate or equivalent with 1 year working experience|
|•||Good communication skills in both English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage|
|•||Proficiency in MS office based applications and Chinese Word Processing|
|•||Multi-tasking, good inter-personal skills, self-motivated and well-organised|
|•||Able to work independently and also with a small team to accomplish the assigned tasks|
|•||Knowledge and interest in arts would be an advantage|
|•||Fresh graduate with less experience will also be considered|
Successful candidate will be offered a 12-month contract.
