Assist in planning and implementation of the Hong Kong Arts Development Awards. Duties include project co-ordination and logistics, preparation of publicity and meeting materials, liaison with outside vendors, production of e-flyer/e-news and general administrative work.
|•||Degree holder with at least 2 years working experience|
|•||Good communication skills in both English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage|
|•||Proficiency in PC operations (MS based applications and Chinese Word Processing)|
|•||Proficiency in Photoshop AI would be an advantage|
|•||Multi-tasking, self-motivated, detail-oriented, well-organised and strong analytical skill|
|•||Knowledge and interest in arts would be an advantage|
|•||Candidates with less experience but possess relevant experience in arts administration and project co-ordination will be considered|
Successful candidate will be offered a 12-month contract with possibility of renewal subject to review. Salary offered will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
