The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HKADC grants schemes and arts projects, supporting committee work and departmental coordination, assisting in research and development of the arts, building and maintaining good relationship with all stakeholders.
|•||University degree with at least 5 years of relevant full-time working experience|
|•||Previous working experience in public statutory bodies is preferred|
|•||Good working knowledge of arts administration, particularly with respect to the fields of film/ media arts; knowledge in grant making will be an advantage|
|•||Good communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage|
|•||Proficiency in PC operations (MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing)|
|•||Strong analytical, administrative and project management skills|
|•||Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, well-organised and a mature personality|
|•||Passionate about arts and culture|
